WHAT WE WORK ON
Every 90-minute session is structured around three areas of development. No filler. No wasted time.

HITTING
Swing mechanics, timing, bat path, and contact drills. Players get high-rep hitting work with coaching feedback throughout the week.

STRENGTH TRAINING
Functional strength work designed specifically for baseball and softball athletes — rotational power, hip drive, and upper-body development.

FIELDING
Footwork, first-step reads, throwing mechanics, and execution under pressure. The defensive fundamentals that make the difference at the next level.

SPEED & AGILITY
Skill challenges and competitive drills that make the reps fun, build mental toughness, and show athletes what they’re capable of.
